The annual PPW Conference in 2009 included some truly amazing lectures on the significance of the resurrection and how it relates to the first century end of the millennium. With so many views of the millennium held within Christianity, the speakers focused on demonstrating that the millennium ended in the first century, and that it is focused on the consummation of God’s promise to Israel. They dealt with the millennium as “The Hope of Israel,” and “The Transition From Flesh to Spirit,” in addition to special studies on 1 Corinthians 15 and Revelation 20.
Dr. Preston also gave three lessons on 1 Thessalonians and he presented a critique of Kenneth Gentry’s revised book “He Shall Have Dominion,” which condemns true “full preterists” as heretics.

Preston of “The Preterist Research Institute” (PRI) sponsored a conference dealing with prophecy and eschatology, in which a debate was held featuring himself and Joel McDurmon from American Vision.
