In response to several requests, I will begin a series on Gog and Magog, the prediction of Ezekiel 38-39. Dispensationalists insist that true preterists cannot answer the challenge of Gog and Magog. I suggest however, that it is the dispensationalist that cannot answer that challenge! The battle of Gog and Magog belongs to “the last days.” Jesus and his disciples were emphatic in saying that the last days were in existence- 2000 years ago! This is incredibly important.
Thus, to properly identify the last days is the key to understanding this incredible prophecy. But guess what, the New Testament writers are clear– the last days were the last days of the Old Covenant Age– not the last days of the Christian Age.
